Why we do meet on sunday and in small groups...

Why do we "do" church or "have" church? Jesus said that He would build His church. The church He is building...is NOT a building, or a scheduled meeting, but people. The church is not a corporation but a spiritual organism, birthed in the book of Acts and still alive and vibrant in this world. The church should be a growing community of people who are simply doing life together. They laugh and cry together, learn and grow together, and model to others what the Kingdom of God is all about.

No church is perfect, but we have a perfect leader in Jesus, who is the head of His church. So, we come together in various settings to worship, pray, enjoy fellowship, play together, learn from God's Word and the Holy Spirit, and to reach out to those who need to know the love of God personally.

Our ultimate mandate is clear - to "go and make disciples of ALL NATIONS." Hey, we kind of like those two words, because that is who will be worshiping Jesus throughout all eternity!
