Worship ministry

Worship is our response to God for who He is. We offer everything, that it might be pleasing to Him as it says in Romans 12:1 "... in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship."

Scripture is also the basis for our corporate worship. Psalm 149:1 says, "Sing to the Lord a new song, his praise in the assembly of the faithful". So our corporate worship is a time of singing songs, praying and proclaiming the word of God together. Ephesians 5:19,20 says to "Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of the Lord Jesus."

All of this is to bring glory to Him, to exalt Him, to bless Him, to bring attention to Him and to lift His name on High. To make Him known throughout the nations.
Psalm 57:9
"I will praise You, O Lord, among the nations; I will sing of You among the peoples".
